California Science Center Field Trip

Dear parent(s),
We are very fortunate to take
a field trip to the California Science Center. This trip will help our children
explore and develop science concepts. We will be visiting the center, take a
tour of the Endeavor and attend a hands-on science lab. The trip will cost $10 including the Science
Center fee and the transportation. However, it is very important that you send
in the required fees by Monday,
January 26, 2015 because I have to pay for the trip in advance. If the
money is not sent by that day, I will not be able to save your child’s spot. So
it is very important that you send in the money by the DUE date.
Important Notes:

Read and sign the
permission slip as soon as possible

Send the fee on or
before the DUE date
·
Your child must wear
complete school uniform
·
Your child must bring
sack lunch (in a backpack or lunch pail
that they can carry)
I will also be taking 3 chaperones to help me supervise
during the trip. Remember that chaperones must be fingerprinted and Virtus
trained (No Exceptions!)
o First come first served basis, so see me as soon as
possible to sign up!

muy afortunados de tener una excursión al Centro de Ciencias de California.
Este viaje ayudará a nuestros niños a explorar y desarrollar los conceptos de
ciencias. En esta visita visitaremos el centro, haremos un recorrido por el
Endeavor y asistiremos a un laboratorio
de ciencias. El viaje tendrá un costo de $
10 que incluye la cuota del Centro de Ciencias y el transporte. Sin
embargo, es muy importante que usted envíe el dinero antes del Lunes, 26 de enero 2015, porque
tengo que pagar el viaje con anticipación. Si el dinero no es enviado por ese
día, no voy a poder guardar el lugar de
su hijo/a. Así que es muy importante que usted envíe el dinero antes de la
fecha de vencimiento.
Notas
importantes:

Leer y firmar el formulario de permiso lo antes posible
•
Envíe la cuota en o antes de la fecha de vencimiento
•
Su hijo debe llevar el uniforme completo de la escuela
•
Su hijo debe llevar su propio almuerzo (en una mochila o lonchera que puedan
llevar)
Podre llevar 3 personas
para ayudarme a supervisar durante el viaje. Recuerde que los chaperones deben
tomar las huellas digitales y tener el entrenamiento de Virtus (sin
excepciones!)

Llevare a las primeras 3 personas que se apunten, así
es que hable conmigo tan pronto como sea posible para inscribirse!
